Introduction

This Agreement is made between you, the Customer (“you”) and VineYasa (“VineYasa”, “we”, “us”).

All Day Retreat (“Retreats”) bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions and in making a booking you accept these Terms & Conditions.

Participating in active activities

If you are participating in “active” activities (yoga, personal or group training, walking, or similar; collectively “Activity”), then you also agree the terms of this section.

​You should consult with a physician before participating in the Activity. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen and requested to participate in the Activity and that you are aware that participation in the Activity may be hazardous. You have knowledge of the risks of injury, and you assume all responsibility and liability for all injuries you may sustain due to your participation in these Activities.

​You further acknowledge that a certain minimum level of physical health, strength, fitness, and flexibility may be required, and you represent that you possess the level of health, strength, fitness, and flexibility necessary to participate in the Activity. You will let us know if you have any questions about this requirement.

Payments & Cancellations

All Retreats require full payment to secure your booking. Your booking cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the payment has been received.

We would not expect to amend or cancel your booking, but if this does happen, we will let you know as soon as we can and refund any fees that you have paid. However, we will not be liable to refund any fees you may have paid to any third party in connection with your booking and we strongly advise that you take out travel insurance if appropriate.

Commitment to data security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings. VineYasa will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
